Our support services provide a third party packaged maintenance, consultancy and support agreement across multiple vendors ensuring you can reach accredited engineers 24 hours a day.
End-of-life (EOL) or end-of-support (EOS) equipment still requires support to ensure any problems with your systems can be resolved quickly, minimising downtime. We offer a highly cost-effective and flexible support solution for this equipment with different levels of cover, dependent on your requirements. Our SLAs range from 4 hours to next day, giving you the reassurance that your business operations won’t be limited for long. Furthermore, all equipment can be supported under one contract, regardless of location, SLA or vendor.
Our support services are delivered through our Smartpac brand. Smartpac Support provides a single source of third-party multi-vendor network support and maintenance. Providing support for new, EOL, EOS, or refurbished equipment. With just one number to call to reach skilled, knowledgeable and accredited technicians 24 hours per day, every day, we ensure any problems with your network are resolved quickly and efficiently.

We can offer cost-effective end-of-life support for products which are no longer in production with the manufacturer. Providing comprehensive cover, our EOL support reduces the need for premature upgrades whilst saving you from costly OEM support fees.
We offer end-of-support contracts for networking equipment no longer supported by the manufacturer. Helping you regain control of the upgrade path, we overcome manufacturer restrictions by providing cost-effective and responsive support allowing you to rely on your EOS equipment for longer.
Post warranty server and storage support – It can be very expensive to extend support contracts on servers and storage directly with the manufacturer post-warranty. We can offer a cost-effective solution through our third party support contract.
We offer support for your current or EOL Cisco equipment. With £2,000,000 of spares in stock, we have access to equipment and parts unavailable elsewhere in the market and can offer a much greater level of flexibility on your contracts.
Extend the warranty on your refurbished equipment through our support services. We offer the same level of cover for new, refurbished, EOL and EOS equipment so you can continue to maintain your refurbished kit for as long as you have need for it.
